Booking Policy:

When booking an appointment for a full consultation (NEW client/patient only) a nominal fee may be charged to secure your booking. This non-refundable deposit (unless appt’ is cancelled within 2 working days) will be taken by card over the phone (by bank transfer or via PayPal). The balance is to be paid on attending the consultation. For health and safety reasons, visits are strictly by appointment only and all COVID-19 regulations for attendance must be adhered to. Visitor protocols will be provided when making an appointment.

Cancellation Policy:

As there is a high demand for these types of treatments, I run a waiting list system. Therefore, I would politely request that if you have to cancel an appointment that you give a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. This will normally allow sufficient time for the booking space to be offered to another person on my waiting list. If the space is unable to be filled within 24 hours, then a charge of 40% of the original treatment will, regrettably, have to be charged reflecting loss of business.

A cancellation on the day will incur 50% of the cost and a ‘no show’ will incur a 100% charge. If a deposit for a consultation has been provided and subsequently cancelled before 48 hours, then this deposit will be refunded in full.
